The completed Application and all additional required documents must be received by PCS no later than 4:00 PM on April 5, 2019. Applicants will be notified of awards on May 3, 2019.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT REQUIRED:

Personal Reference: Ask one of your Sunday School teachers or other adult who is not a Portland Christian employee to submit a reference for you. You may print a Personal Reference Request Form from the Scholarships page or pick one up in the PCS school office. The reference should be returned separately by the referring individual.
