| Program Overview Early Childhood Education Center (ECE) is a licensed and certified preschool and child care center. We also are accredited with the Association of Christian Schools International. Our Early Education Program is designed to meet the needs of the whole child. We consider your child's spiritual, mental, physical, emotional, and social needs by providing an age appropriate curriculum that incorporates all of these areas of growth. Children from 30 months (and potty-trained) to 12 years old may attend. Our hours of operation are from 6:30AM to 6:00PM and we are open Monday through Friday. Breakfast and snacks are provided. Hot lunch is provided for preschool students who are here all day. |
| We have five classrooms, covered playgrounds, a library
and a gym. One classroom is for preschool only students with set
schedules while the other classrooms have children 30 months to
five year olds with varied preschool schedules and the option to
stay all day.
Before and after school care is available for children enrolled at Portland Christian in kindergarten through sixth grade. Students must be enrolled into this program to attend. We also offer a summer program that is available to all Portland Christian students preschool through sixth grade as well as others in the community. Enrollment for our summer program begins in May. |

Admissions Children of any race, color, gender, nationality or ethnic origin are welcome. Application packets are available by calling the Early Childhood Education office at (503) 256-5455 ext. 324 or by printing the forms from our website, see Quick Links above. Space is limited so enroll now as classes fill up quickly. Parents are encouraged to schedule campus tours and/or attend one of our open houses.
