Keegan Rogers recently returned from Germany after traveling with the '93 Region IV ODP Team. They spent a week on the road playing international soccer games, training and seeing the sites. Keegan was the only player from Oregon selected to participate in this event making this his second appearance with the regional team and his second international trip in less than one year. The boys played against some older teams from the German clubs FC Ingolstadt and SpVgg Unterhacing. They ended the week with two wins and one tie. Highlights of the trip included attending the Bayern Munich parade, visiting the Castle Neushwanstein and Audi Headquarters and standing in the Allianz arena, home to Bayern Munich. What's next for Rogers? Keegan will be focusing his time this summer training with the Timbers U23 PDL team and hopes to make one more international trip prior to graduating next spring.
