On the morning of Good Friday, April 22, from 8 am to 12 pm, during the annual spring Serve Day at Portland Christian Jr/Sr High School, students served in various ways from sorting used clothing, cleaning furniture, windows, yards, sorting and organizing food, organizing books, and much more. They were at Birch Community Services, Cherrywood Retirement Village, Compassion Connect, Crossroads Church and Food Bank, Faith Savior Lutheran Church, Gateway Church, Revolution Church, Russell Elementary School, Sacramento Elementary School, Sunshine Division, Union Gospel Mission, Ventura Elementary School, making and distributing sack lunches downtown Portland, working in a couple of neighborhood yards, and helping at the Elementary and Jr/Sr High School campuses. At Portland Christian Jr/Sr High School we strive to develop servant leadership and give glory to God in all things!
