It was a rare experience and a treat for all of us including your star players, teachers Mrs. Caldwell, Mrs. Schroder, and myself (Señor Herboth). The truly special counselors were our very own Alex J., Stephanie M., Madison S., Caleb O., Eli C., Caleb B., and Logan M.  Also, a huge thank you to our parents: Addie’s mom, William’s dad, Paulina’s dad, and Corbin’s dad!

This was a true blessing for a class to bond away from home and work through numerous physical, academic, and social challenges as well as personal fears (heights). It was definitely a positive experience for most (always some exceptions… usually due to illness… only one this time!).

To the parents of the most awesome 6th graders ever (yes that does include your kid), thank you for giving us the privilege of taking care of your children (or relieving you of a 6th grader for a couple of days) as we took it with the seriousness and heavy responsibility that it is.
