The Alumni Department of Portland Christian Schools seeks to connect past and current students, faculty, staff, and friends, with one another, with PCS, and with new friends. PC is not just a school but a community where connections last lifetimes!

The PCS Alumni Department helps to make connections in many ways including:

  • Holding a Homecoming Reception for alumni each fall
  • Organizing Alumni Appreciation Week each winter
  • Planning a Senior Mother's Tea each spring
  • Hosting a Graduation Brunch for ISP seniors and their families each year
  • Coordinating a Graduation Luncheon for PCS Golden Graduates each year
  • Assisting with planning Class Reunions
  • Publishing the REALS magazine
  • Awarding the J. Robert Barber Memorial Choir Scholarship to a worthy music student from the senior class each year

Whether you are a PCS alumnus, an old friend, a new friend, or a visitor, we would love to connect with you. Please get in touch by sending a line to Alumni Director, Jeanne Lampi or submitting a story or photo.   We look forward to hearing from you!

Our Story:
Celebrating 70 years

2017 marks Portland Christian’s 70th year of “growing leaders in mind and spirit”!  We are sharing "Our Story" all year long to celebrate God’s faithfulness and goodness to PCS.

To commemorate the anniversary, graduating senior Jensyn Lown produced a video for the 2017 graduation ceremony, depicting reflections from alumni and graduating seniors.  Featured are alumni Evelyn Boys, Dick Corkum, Stephanie Boys DeLucia, Tiffany Prindle Chinchilla, Michelle Gordon Lown, and graduating seniors Anthony DeLucia, Elaina Chinchilla and Jensyn Lown.

What is the most notable recollection of the alumni?   Hint: it’s something that has stayed in the hearts and minds of even the oldest alums and it continues to happen every week at PCS.  Watch this video and listen for the answer as these alumni share their poignant memories.  Celebrate with us the impact Christian education has had and continues to have on students of all ages!
