You may apply online or submit an application by mail or in person. Please complete the steps below to complete your application packet. You may use this "Application Documents Checklist" to track your progress.
1. Complete and submit an application form

To submit an application by mail or in person, print a hard copy, complete and sign the application, then mail or deliver the hard copy of your application and fee (see below) to:

2. Additional documents required: You may submit these at any time during the application process; there is no need to send all of the documents at the same time.
- Student Application - please print off the form. This form is to be completed by the student applicant in his or her own handwriting
- Student Agreement - please print off the form. This form is to be signed by the student applicant - hard copy is required; to review the Parent-Student Handbook, see the PDF listed below
- Statement of Faith - submit an online form or print and complete a hard copy
- Transcripts / report cards for the last 2 years - please submit hard copies to the address above
- Release of Information - please print, sign, and submit a hard copy to the address above
- Copy of the student's birth certificate or passport
- Recommendation forms: These confidential reference forms should be sent to us separately. Please print hard copies of the forms, sign where indicated, and give them to your references along with a stamped envelope, pre-addressed to PCS.
*Personal Reference: to be completed by an adult not related to the applicant (e.g., mentor, community leader, pastor)
*Academic Reference: to be completed by a current teacher
3. Pay the application fee
Please note the following steps:
- Pay the application fee of $150 per student ($300 maximum per family per year) - application fees in most cases are non-refundable
- If you are applying online, once you click "Apply," you will receive a confirmation message containing a link to pay your fee by credit card
- If you would like a copy of your responses for your own records, remember to PRINT THE CONFIRMATION MESSAGE when you receive it
- If you inadvertently navigate away from the confirmation page without completing payment, contact AR@pcschools.org or call 503.256.3960 x229 for assistance
- If you are mailing your application, please include a check or money order made payable to "Portland Christian Schools"
- If you are hand delivering your application, you may pay by check, money order, or credit card in the school office
- Once your application and fees have been received, PCS will contact you regarding next steps
