The athletics website is also where you will register your student(s) for sports, including uploading physical examination forms.

Participation Requirements

Register online to be officially added to a team roster.
- Pay your sports fees online. Fees must be paid in full before the first day of practice.
- You must have a current physical exam report on file. Download the physical examination form and ask your medical provider to complete and sign the exam. Submit the form online during registration. This form is valid for two years.
- Student athletes are expected to maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA. A student who is on academic or behavioral probation may not compete. Further restrictions may apply.
- Parents of athletes are expected to support the athletics department by volunteering either during their own athlete’s season or in an off-season to avoid missing their own athlete’s contests. For information regarding volunteering, read News & Notes for further details from the Athletics Department.
