High school students follow a rigorous, college-prep curriculum built on core subjects — Bible, English, math, science, and social studies — supported by honors, AP, and concurrent college credit courses through George Fox University. The arts are integrated into the curriculum with visual arts, band, choir, theater, and 3D design courses, all taught from a biblical worldview. Instruction emphasizes critical thinking, research, presentation skills, and mastery of content to prepare students for postsecondary education, trades, and careers.
Experiences (Highlights, special events)
Students gain hands-on learning through lab work, Socratic seminars, mock elections, and creative production in art studios, music ensembles, and theater performances. Signature events include the annual art showcase, fall play, spring musical, state-level competitions in music and theater, as well as opportunities to perform or exhibit work in the community.
Enrichment Opportunities (Extracurriculars, co-curriculars, programs, groups)
Elective choices extend academic and creative exploration, from advanced STEM courses and foreign language study to ceramics, digital arts, vocal ensembles, and pit orchestra participation. Clubs (offerings are based on student interest), e-sports, and honor societies such as National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, National Art Honor Society, and Thespian Club offer additional outlets for leadership and talent development. Cultural Week gives students understanding and empathy for people from diverse backgrounds.

Graduates leave PCS academically prepared for college-level work, with over 90% attending college or university. They are equipped to communicate effectively, think analytically, and apply creativity to solve problems.
