Last month, the Oregon Music Education Association (OMEA) held their 2024 Solo & Ensemble Festival for District 2. Several PCS student musicians entered the festival.

Mrs. Schroder has been teaching math at Portland Christian Jr/Sr High School for almost 10 years! She is also involved in Outdoor School as well as other school activities, and this year she started coaching the PC Cheer Squad.

She signed her letter of intent to play softball at Corban University, Oregon.

She received a Certificate of Merit in the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) sponsored Patriot’s Pen Youth Essay as an Outstanding Young Spokesperson of the Future.

A senior at George Fox University, Blake is one of 24 student-athletes honored by Northwest Conference 2023 Academic All-District Football Team.

Mrs. Coyle Ray is a high school English teacher who is in her eighth year at PCS.
