Martial Arts Discovery Day
American Open Progressive Martial Arts

9:30 – 11:30 AM
Designed for kids ages 5–12, this interactive morning features activity stations, a hands-on seminar, and live demonstrations—perfect for kids to explore martial arts in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Families are also invited to stay to observe an interschool competition at 12 PM.
