Character formation is guided through chapels, small groups, and biblical integration in all subjects. Teachers mentor students in applying a biblical perspective to friendship, kindness, and decision-making, while the Peer Leadership program cultivates servant leadership skills.

Students take on leadership roles in small groups, Student Council, and participate in Serve Week, working alongside peers, parents, and teachers to meet community needs. Spiritual Emphasis Week provides focused teaching and worship that deepens faith and character.
