Helen joined the PCS Board in 2024. She and her husband, Marion Clark, have two children who attend PCS. Helen is a Senior Epidemiologist for the Oregon Health Authority. As a first-generation Eritrean-American, she and her family are dedicated volunteers at the Eritrean Community of Portland.
