Jim joined the PCS Board in 2022. He and his wife, Kelly, have three grown daughters and eight grandchildren, two of whom currently attend PCS. Jim retired in 2020 from a career as an accounting executive, most recently as CFO and part owner of a local commercial landscape company. He is currently involved in several community service ventures.

Mike has served on the PCS board since 2017.  He and his wife, Elsa, have three children. Mike is self-employed as a general contractor and residential property manager for their family-owned rental business.

Tereka joined the PCS Board in 2021.  She and her husband, Grover, have a son who graduated from PCS in 2025.  Tereka works as a manager in logistics and serves on the Outreach Advisory Team of her church, where she is an active volunteer.

Rev. Dr. Dominic Abaria

Dominic joined the PCS Board in 2025. He and his wife, Jena, have three children, two of whom attend PCS. Dominic serves as a pastor, spiritual director, and professor. He is passionate about spiritual formation and helping others resist burnout by learning to abide deeply in Christ.

Melissa has served on the PCS Board since 2023. She and her husband, Todd, have three children. She is an Executive Administrative Assistant, HR Consulting at Providence.

Chad joined the PCS Board in 2026. He and his wife, Karen, have two sons, both of whom attend PCS. Chad served in the United States Marine Corps before becoming a licensed minister and youth pastor. He and Karen later founded a Portland-area business, where he now serves as Vice President, and focuses heavily on leadership development, mentoring, and training. Chad also serves on the board of Breaking Cycles, a local nonprofit supporting homeless youth. His heart is for families and for young people to encounter the transforming love of Christ.
