Servant leadership is taught as a calling rooted in Christ’s example, woven into Bible classes, small group discussions, and leadership programs. Students learn to lead peers with humility, build unity, and apply biblical principles to relationships and decision-making.
Experiences (Highlights, special events)
Serve Week each spring gives students a focused opportunity to serve their school community. Spiritual Emphasis Week fosters reflection and recommitment to Christ-centered living.
Enrichment Opportunities (Extracurriculars, co-curriculars, programs, groups)
The Peer Leadership Program trains middle schoolers to assist in leading small groups, mentor younger students, and coordinate service events. Student Council members plan activities that encourage school spirit while modeling Christlike leadership.

By the end of middle school, students show maturity in leading peers, confidence in public settings, and an awareness of how their leadership can reflect Christ’s love locally and globally.
